2007 Garden Tractor Pulls
SUNDAY, AUGUST 5, 2007-Ages 16 and Over - Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.
ENTRY FEE: $10.00 a class
AWARDS FOR 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places
13 Horsepower and under - 12 inch drawbar height
1,000 lb. Bar tires allowed (tractor tread)
1,100 lb. Bar tires allowed (tractor tread)
13 horsepower to 18 horsepower - 12 inch drawbar height
1,100 lb. Bar tires allowed (tractor tread)
1,100 lb. Bar tires allowed (tractor tread)
Rules:
1. All drivers must be able to CONTROL TRACTOR at all times
2. The tractor must be a factory stock tractor
3. Tractors must run stock RPM and have a working governor. Stock RPM is 4000 RPM
4 . The tire size will be no larger than 23x10.50-12 and must be on factory recommended rim size for tires
5. No cut or sharpened tires, chains or duels
6. Drawbar height will be 12 inches from the ground to the point of hook in both classes
7. The track will be marked out 15 ft. wide. If the tractor touches the lines the pull will stop there and will be measured at that point
8. The track judge will stop any tractor if the front end gets to high or if any other dangers occur.
9. Weight brackets or any weight aded must be secured in some way and cannot extend more than 12 inches in front of the tractor
10. Must have a factory seat with at least a 3 inch back on it
11. Must have a muffler
12. The weight of the classes may vary due to tractor turnout
13. If any rule changes or additions need to be made they will be made at the drivers meeting and the Judge's decision will be final
14. No additional entries will be accepted for a class once it starts
15. Only one trophy is allowed per tractor in each class
16. Pullers must be Athens County School District residents only
17. Scales at the fairgrounds
18. Wheelie bars are mandatory
19. One Driver per tractor
20. No welded rearends
