CONDITIONS
USTA Rules and Ohio State Racing Commission Rules to govern.
Entrance Fee $20 for both the Trot and Pace Non-Winners of $1,000 in 2008. Declaration 11:00 A.M., TWO DAYS before the race.
One Heat Plan. Every heat a race. Money division: 45 -25 -15 - 10 - 5 percent. Five or more horses required to start, except as noted in the Colt Stakes Conditions. Should there be more starters than we can score, (11) starters elimination heats will be observed in the Non-Winners of $1,000 - Trot and Pace. In Colt Stakes, not over 9 horses will be started per heat.
Speed Committee reserves the right to declare off, or to change program as conditions warrant. The Society assumes no liability in case of accidents.
2 & 3 Year Olds Race 1 Heat Only: NOTE: Colt Stakes to be raced according to Conditions as published by the Southern Valley Colt Circuit.
